Update: (2/25/2013 11:45am) Shortly after this article was posted, Fox Carolina changed the post on their website. The following note was added to the bottom of their article:
NOTE: Originally this story said that “Dozens of people rallied in Greenville,” when in fact there were hundreds. Also, Chumley was not identified as a state representative. We apologize for the errors.

fox - cover upCitizens of upstate South Carolina are lashing out at a local news station for downplaying the size of this past Saturday’s “Day of Resistance” rally in Greenville.

WHNS Fox Carolina dropped the ball in their coverage of the event, reporting that; “Dozens of people…” attended the rally.  In reality, there were HUNDREDS of patriots standing together in defense of the second amendment and other constitutional rights.

The short article written by Aaron Barker was accompanied with a video report from the station’s evening news program.  From the footage, it’s clear to see that Barker’s estimate of “dozens” is way off the mark.

An outraged public has taken to the Fox Carolina News Facebook page to voice their utter disgust over the blatantly inaccurate and obviously biased article. (see slide-show and video below)
