A bill introduced in the house of representatives takes aim at the 22nd amendment of the United States Constitution.  The joint resolution, HJ 15, was introduced this past Friday by Congressman José Serrano, a democrat representing New York’s congressional district 15.

The legislation, which has no co-sponsors, was introduced to the House Committee on the Judiciary.

If passed, the law would repeal the twenty-second amendment removing term limits for the office of President of the United States.  This would essentially allow President Obama, or any future president, the ability to hold office until their death.

The threat of a future dictatorship in America is yet another strong-arm maneuver to grab executive power by fiat.

There will be more on this as the bill moves through committee.
